Where should I return an item if it is damaged or does not fit?

This depends on which continent you ordered the item from. We have 3 warehouses spread all over the world. Contact us via the form on the website if you want to return an item. We will then provide you with the necessary information.

What if my ordered garment is too big or too small?

Always check the size charts for each item before purchasing. If you have ordered the wrong size, we can exchange the item if you report this within 14 days. (Free if you order from the EU, if you ordered from another part of the world you must contact us in advance) Always fill in the contact form on the website before returning items.

What if the item is damaged on arrival?

Always check your items as soon as possible. If you find damage within 24 hours of receipt, we will replace the item for free. Report damage as soon as possible via our contact form.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on where you live, orders are shipped from our warehouses in Poland (EU), Mexico (Central America) or the US (North America). Normally you will receive your order within 10 working days.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with creditcards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Paypal.
Customers from Belgium can pay with Bancontact and Dutch customers can pay with iDeal.
Whichever method you use, your payment is via a secure connection with the payment provider.

Is it safe to buy online?
